DESCRIPTION
This manual page is describes how to use the pdns_recursor command.
pdns_recursor is a program that does name server queries on the net and retrieves info about other domains.
OPTIONS
A summary of options is included below. For a complete description, see the Info files.
- --help
Show summary of options.- --aaaa-additional-processing=[yes|no]
Turn on to do AAAA additional processing (slow)- --config-dir=...
Location of configuration directory (recursor.conf)- --daemon=[yes|no]
Operate as a daemon- --delegation-only=...
Which domains we only accept delegations from- --local-address=...
address to listen on- --local-port=...
port to listen on- --quiet=[yes|no]
Suppress logging of questions and answers- --soa-minimum-ttl=...
