NAME
flac123 - a command-line flac player
SYNOPSIS
flac123 [options] files...
DESCRIPTION
flac123 is the only component of flac-tools at this time. It is a command-line player for the FLAC format, an open format for losslessly compressing audio data. flac123 is heavily based upon mpg321 by Joe Drew <drew@debian.org>
flac-tools aims to be a complete set of tools for playing and manipulating audio files stored the the FLAC format.
OPTIONS
- -d, --driver=STRING
- Set libao output driver (oss, esd, arts, macosx, etc). Default is oss.
- -w, --wav=FILENAME
- Send output to wav file (use --wav=- and -q for stdout).
- -R, --remote
- Set remote mode for programmatic control.
- -q, --quiet
- Suppress text output.
- -?, --help
- Show summary of options.
- --usage
- Display brief usage message.
