Convert MIDI to LilyPond source.
OPTIONS
- -a, --absolute-pitches

- -e, --explicit-durations
- print explicit durations
- -h, --help
- print this help
- -k, --key=ALT[:MINOR]
- set key: ALT=+sharps|-flats; MINOR=1

- quantise note starts on DUR
