man sysconf (Commandes) - System configuration
NAME
sysconf - System configuration
SYNOPSIS
sysconf [-a]
DESCRIPTION
Generates a complete and full-featured report about the system it is running. The report is generated in HTML format and by default sends output to stdout so in order to be useful one needs to redirect the output to a file or a web browser.
Some commands which sysconf uses need root privileges (currently only retrieving user information /etc/shadow) so if you need this information available in your report you should better execute sysconf as root.
EXAMPLES
The example below will generate the report as a file named output.html:
sysconf > outputfile.html
The example below will generate the report in ascii format and display it:
sysconf -a | more
