trafshow - views a protocol of incoming/outgoing IP traffic
SYNOPSIS
trafshow [ -mnS ] [ -i <iface> ] [ -f <seconds> ] [ -r <seconds> ] [ -s <number> ] [ -u <interval> ]
DESCRIPTION
trafshow is an ncurses based tool to view IP traffic. Press CTRL-C to exit the program.
OPTIONS
- -m
- Monochrome mode
- -n
- Do not resolve IP addresses
- -S
- Sort output by traffic/speed
- -i <interface>
- Restrict traffic to one interface only
- -f <seconds>
- Seconds before removing inactive connection from internal tables
- -r <seconds>
- Seconds before removing inactive connection from screen
- -s <number>
- Show estimated speed for specified interval (1 - 5 sec, 2 - 10 sec, 3 - 30 sec, 4 - 120 sec, 0 - show traffic not speed).
- -u <seconds>
- Screen update interval

Several single-key commands are recognized while trafshow is running.- n
- toggles domain name resolving
- S
- toggles sorted output mode
- s
- cycles through all possible speed calculation intervals
- t
- returns trafshow to "show traffic" mode
