DESCRIPTION
RDLP_BatteryDialog
presumably starts the battery type dialog on the Palm.
RDLP_BatteryLevel queries the battery level on the Palm.
RETURN VALUE
RDLP_BatteryDialog
returns an integer between 0 (empty) and 255 (full) indicating the battery charge, or a negative value in case of error.
